MEJORANDO LA
HUMANIDAD, Secularismo (Laicismo) de Xuna.
The Author speaks good English, and has lived 40 years
in the USA, yet he hired the services of a friend
to do a "native" translation of the Spanish Edition of the book
into English.
The translator was
Engineer Michael Iske (shown in the picture with wife, Katy).
Michael was born and raised in
a small town in Southern Colorado. His first University degree
was in Anthropology at Adams Sate College and later in Geology at the
University of Colorado. In the course of his professional career
he has worked for various mineral and petroleum companies in the
United States and in Paraguay.
He first moved to
Paraguay about 34 years ago on a minerals exploration program with
Anschutz Minerals Corp. Since then, he has been involved with
several other companies in Paraguay on exploration projects,
prospecting for Gold, Uranium and Rare Earth elements.
Michael is married to Katy
Otazo, and they have three boys. He is still living in Asuncion,
Paraguay. I met him over there, during my year long stay in that
Latin American country.
